The city of St. Paul has sent out a notice that the leasing office for the Penfield has opened.
Located at 508 Jackson St., the office is open Monday-Wednesday and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 12-5 p.m.
The 254-apartment building is under construction at the corner of Robert and 10th streets downtown. The first tenants are expected to be able to move in at the end of November.
