St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman is scheduled to testify before a federal panel on transportation Wednesday afternoon.
Coleman, who this year is serving as president of the National League of Cities, will appear before the U.S. House of Representatives Transportation Subcommittee on Highways and Transit. He is expected to discuss the impact of the Federal Transit Administration’s New Starts program.
