The St. Paul City Council on Wednesday officially pledged its support to the “Move MN” campaign, a public effort to convince lawmakers to boost spending on transportation infrastructure in 2014.
The resolution states that the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s “future revenue projections show that little or no highway funds will be available for work beyond maintenance and preservation that would expand or further improve highways for the next 20 years,” and existing transit funding for the metro area currently supports existing bus a...
